"Understanding the Guidelines for Smooth and Hassle-Free Reservation Changes"
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Each and every cancellation request must be submitted in writing by the client at least fourteen days prior to the day when the service is planned to take place. If a client cancels their reservation within this timeframe, they will only be responsible for losing fifty percent of the total amount that was reserved. Should the client cancel their reservation less than fourteen days before the date that was reserved, they will be responsible for paying the full amount that was reserved. When a reservation is rescheduled, it is regarded a cancellation of the initial reservation and the beginning of a new reservation, and it is subject to all cancellation conditions.
Termination Grounds:
For reasons that include, but are not limited to, violations of terms and conditions, consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, smoking, or engagement in any illegal activities as defined by federal, state, or local laws, Vision Limousines LLC has the right to terminate a contract at its own discretion when it deems it necessary to do so. If Vision Limousines LLC decides to terminate the contract, the customer is still responsible for paying the full cost of the contract, in addition to any additional fees that may have been incurred.
