Reservation Confirmation:

Any changes to reservations must be explicitly requested by responding to the confirmation email. This is required in order to take effect.

Vehicle and Service Assurance:

It is guaranteed by Vision Limousines LLC that the selected car will be in the best possible functioning condition, meticulously cleaned, and delivered on time. In spite of the fact that we are committed to accommodating unique preferences, we are unable to guarantee particular colours or car models, with the exception of the type that has been specified. Driving the vehicle will be the responsibility of an experienced professional who will act as the representative of Vision Limousines LLC for the entirety of the service duration. However, it is essential to keep in mind that the driver does not have any influence over problems pertaining to invoicing. Additionally, Vision Limousines LLC must verify that all alterations have been appropriately documented in writing before they may be implemented.

Service Adjustments and Affiliation:

It may be required for Vision Limousines LLC to reassign the service to an affiliate in the event that unanticipated circumstances arise, such as when a vehicle breaks down or when there are difficulties in the schedule. In these kinds of situations, customers can expect receiving a vehicle that is comparable to the one they purchased or possibly updated for the same price. The fact that Vision Limousines LLC is not responsible for delays that are caused by external circumstances such as traffic, weather, accidents, or road construction is a crucial point to keep in mind. All of the charges for overtime that are incurred, including those that are a result of the situations that were discussed earlier, are the complete responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended that customers make arrangements for their final drop-off destination to be at least ten minutes before the stated finish time in order to prevent incurring any unintended overtime charges. During the entirety of the reservation, the driver adheres to the client's orders, and the billable time is considered to have ended when the client releases the driver from service, which indicates that all of the passengers have vacated the vehicle and removed their things.

Payment and Billing:

When making a reservation, customers are required to enter their credit card information in order to guarantee the reservation. In order to accomplish this, the credit card number, CVV2 number, billing address, and zip code are utilised, and the card is charged in accordance with the information provided above. Upon arrival, customers are required to give the same credit card to the driver in addition to a picture identification that is presentable. Prior written consent from Vision Limousines LLC is required for any changes to reservations, and there is a minimum additional charge of $25.00 for any modifications that are made.

The drivers are required to comply with the directives issued by the traffic control department during special events. Additionally, it may be necessary for the driver and the client to coordinate the pick-up and drop-off locations. As a result of the fact that Vision Limousines LLC does not offer parking passes for any events, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain all of the necessary passes and pay any parking costs that may be incurred during the reservation process.

Any pick-up or drop-off locations that are located beyond a 25-mile radius of the office of Vision Limousines LLC, which is located at 4202 N Black Canyon Hwy, Phoenix, Arizona 85017, are required to be approved in advance, and additional fees will be imposed. Clients are obliged to provide Vision Limousines LLC with a written itinerary that has been authorised at least forty-eight hours prior to the booked service. In the event that an itinerary is not provided, the driver will be required to make use of their best knowledge of the area, and there will be no discounts given for any potential errors made by the driver.

In addition to the hourly charge for the vehicle and driver, the customer is solely responsible for any damage that goes beyond the typical wear and tear that occurs over time. In the event that Vision Limousines LLC makes a decision regarding the assessment of charges, that decision is final. The customers should be informed that they are responsible not only for the costs of cleaning or repairs, but also for the downtime of their vehicles and any other elements that are related with them.

Immediately after a manager has been dispatched, an hourly fee of one hundred dollars will be assessed beginning at the time of dispatch and continuing until the management returns to the office and finishes filling out an incident report. During the reservation, the amount of time spent driving should not exceed fifty percent of the total period allotted. In that case, the rate will be increased by thirty percent for the entirety of the period that has been reserved, in addition to any overtime fees that may be applicable. It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately pay any and all fees that were incurred throughout the reservation process. Any amounts that remain unpaid will be subject to late fees until they are cleared. It is possible that Vision Limousines LLC will turn over outstanding accounts to an attorney or collection agency if the customer does not comply to the payment conditions. In this case, the client will be liable for paying any additional fees that are associated with the collection or attorney fees that are added to the total.

Both the signer and the firm are jointly responsible for payment if the reservation is made on behalf of a company. Both parties may be pursued for collection or legal action and both parties may be held accountable for the payment. It is imperative that any cash payments be made directly to the office of Vision Limousines LLC, as any cash that is provided to a driver will be considered a tip rather than consideration for payment. All deposits are non-refundable, and customers are aware that the credit card they submit at the time of reservation will be used to pay for the reservation as well as any additional charges that may be incurred.

Vehicle Amenities and Operations:

In light of the complex technological systems that are installed in our automobiles, it is common knowledge that not every convenience may function without any glitches. Nevertheless, it is emphasised that faults in particular amenities do not jeopardise the safety of the car, and as a result, they do not have any influence on the continuation of the contracted journey or the payment for it. In the event that some amenities are temporarily unavailable, there will be no provision for discounts.

Prohibited Items and Release of Liability:

In each and every one of our vehicles, it is made quite clear that arms and weapons are not permitted. The clients of Vision Limousines LLC release the company, its agents, and assigns from any and all claims of loss, injury, or damage to any person or property that may arise as a result of their engagement with the firm. During the duration of service, Vision Limousines LLC is released from any and all damages that may occur to the vehicle, whether they are caused directly or indirectly. The only exception to this is claims that are based on carelessness that can be attributed to Vision Limousines LLC, its agents, or assigns.

Contractual Termination:

This contract may be terminated at the sole discretion of Vision Limousines LLC for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the violation of terms and conditions, the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, smoking, or engagement in any illegal activities as per the laws of the federal government, the state government, or the local government. In the event that the contract is terminated, the client may be responsible for paying the total cost of the contract again, in addition to any additional fees that may have been incurred. It is imperative that any fees that are owed to Vision Limousines LLC be cleared quickly, and any fees that have been paid are non-refundable.

Legal Jurisdiction:

The laws of the state of Arizona will be applied to this agreement throughout its whole. Disputes or litigation brought by any party will be filed and adjudicated within the jurisdiction of the office of Vision Limousines LLC, which may be found at 4202 N Black Canyon Hwy, Phoenix, Arizona 85017. In the event that a provision of this agreement is deemed to be illegal, void, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it will not have any impact on the validity or enforceability of any other provision in that jurisdiction, nor will it have any impact on the validity or enforceability of that or any other provision in any other jurisdictions.
